Framing and Pre Drywall Meeting

I went for our pre-drywall meeting on February 27th!  It is amazing how much they get done in a short amount of time.  D got called onto a trip and was unable to go with me but we decided to send me and his dad so we do not delay the date of completion.  Our PM gave me a date of April 5th or 6th for the new home orientation and April 9th to officially get our keys!  Our PM is so thorough.  He found a few things that needed fixed.  Everything else looked great.  They insulated last Thursday or Friday and started the drywall.  We are going to go visit this weekend to see what is going on.  I cannot believe how quickly this is going.  I am hoping they were able to start the siding.  the weather was only a little snowy this week.  They had scheduled the bricker to come on Monday but that was dependent on the weather so I am interested to see if they were able to do any of that....

I started that post about a week ago:-)  Things have been busy in our household.  So let me just post  the photos so you can see the progression.  We went this afternoon and it looks so great!  A few cracks need to be fixed but overall it is lookin' good.

These pictures below are from today...They had the brick up last Friday when D drove past but then tore it down... It seems as though they dropped the wrong color of brick off, one of my coworkers said that a new build by them had the same thing happen.  So perhaps they dropped the pallets off at the wrong house and we got theirs and they got ours...oops!
Our siding is Irish Thistle, Sandy Tan, and White trim, brick will be Sugar Creek, and they will paint the door Black Fox.
